Content Planning
Before your session, I'll plan your content based on your business, current promotions, upcoming events, offers, and the type of content your audience needs.
We'll create a personalized content plan so we're not showing up and randomly filming things.
Your shoot will have a clear shot list and game plan before we start.
You don't need to know what to film or how to pose.
I'll direct the session from start to finish — including what to film, where to film it, how to frame it, what you should do on camera, and when we need to switch things up.
I'll help you create natural-looking content without making you feel like you're suddenly a professional actor.
On-Site Content Direction
One Dedicated Content Day
We'll capture your month's worth of content during one scheduled on-site session.
Depending on your business, this can include:

Photos

You'll receive your content plan/shot list so you know what we're capturing and what, if anything, you need to prepare.

We get right to work.
I'll guide you through the shoot, move through the shot list, capture B-roll, direct any on-camera content, photograph products/services, and make sure we're getting a variety of content.

I'm constantly looking for opportunities.
If I see something that would make a great Reel, photo, Story, or piece of evergreen content, we're capturing it.

I take everything we captured and turn it into your monthly content library.
You'll receive your edited photos, edited videos, and raw footage, organized and ready for you to use throughout the month.

Unlimited revisions
Daily/on-demand content requests
Graphic design unrelated to the content captured during your session

HOW THE 3-MONTH COMMITMENT WORKS

Your first three months aren't three random photoshoots.
They're designed to establish a repeatable content system for your brand.

We learn your brand, identify your strongest content pillars, establish your visual style, and build your first content library.

We use what we've learned from the first session to create more of what works and introduce new content ideas.

We continue expanding your content library while creating content around upcoming promotions, seasons, launches, and business priorities. At the end of the three months, you won't just have three months of content — you'll have a better understanding of what your brand needs to consistently show up online.

We'll get your contract and 3-month retainer squared away and schedule your first content session.

Before each session, we'll determine what your business needs to promote, educate, showcase, and share that month.

We spend your dedicated content day capturing everything on your shot list, plus anything we see along the way that's worth getting.

Your edited content and usable raw footage are delivered digitally, organized and ready for you to post throughout the month.

Travel Fees
All packages include travel within 25 miles of my base location. Additional travel fees apply for distances beyond that or special circumstances:
• 25–40 miles → $50
• 40–60 miles → $75
• 60+ miles → Custom quoteOut-of-state travel will be quoted to include flight + hotel after consultation
