Who we are

Let’s Go the Extra Mile

Hi, I’m Bri — founder of The Social Mile.

My journey into social media wasn’t accidental. It was built through years of creative work, hands-on brand experience, and learning how to turn ideas into content that actually moves the needle. Before we get into my experience, just a little about me: I am an Aries (if that means anything to you), I love a good sweet treat (if you are reading this I hope you are a bakery), big fan of pickles, espresso martinis, and homemade puerto rican/mexican food ( I am most definitely both of those as well), and I love to surround myself with people who are a positive light in my life<3 I have worked with brands personally to promote on my own social media channels such as SKIMS, Prada Beauty, Game Time App, Valentino +more! That is who I am as a person, so now let’s get into why you should trust me with your social media 🙂‍↔️…

Where It Started

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Creative Advertising in 2023 from VCU. I have won Gold in the American Advertising Awards, competed in a 24 hour creative challenge, presented in front of Dukes Mayo creative team, worked with multiple start up businesses from my internship and so much more during my years there. From the start, I knew I wasn’t meant to just study creativity. I needed to execute it.

After college, I moved to Florida where my career in social media officially took off. In Florida, I worked as a Social Media Manager for Michael Todd Beauty and Spa Sciences, where I was deeply involved in the brand’s digital presence.

My role went far beyond posting. I:

  • Worked directly with influencers and creators

    • Ran monthly campaigns of over 100 creators a month to increase sales and product reviews

    • Sent PR packages (including one to Kathy Hilton)

  • Collaborated with other beauty brands on giveaways

  • Coordinated and directed product shoots

  • Shot content and organized graphics to flow with our pages aesthetic

  • Visited Target and Walmart to film product on shelves

And they worked.

This experience taught me how to balance aesthetics with strategy — creating content that looks good and performs.

Entertainment, Automotive & High-Level Content

From beauty, I transitioned into a completely different world — automotive and entertainment — when I joined T-Pain’s automotive brand, Nappy Boy Automotive, as the Social Media Manager.

I worked closely with Hert from Hoonigan and alongside T-Pain, executing weekly content that was entertaining, on-brand, and designed to increase engagement while building a loyal community.

As the brand evolved, I moved into Nappy Boy Dranks, where I stepped into a Creative Director role.

During this time, I:

  • Assisted in email marketing campaigns

  • Produced Amazon preview images

  • Edited video content

  • Managed social media posting and strategy

  • Ran advertising campaigns when needed

  • Organized brand shoots and shared product for reviews

  • Designed graphics for social media and advertisements

I also supported T-Pain’s personal brand, collaborating with his head social media manager on content ideas, post feedback, and strategy.

In addition, I assisted with:

  • Wiscansin Fest

  • Podcast content

  • Various digital projects under the Nappy Boy umbrella

This chapter sharpened my ability to create content at scale — while keeping it authentic and engaging.

A Creative Eye, Always

Creativity has always been part of who I am.

Before and alongside my professional work, I was a licensed cosmetologist, doing makeup for weddings, proms, and special occasions. I’ve worked as a freelance creative — designing graphics, business cards, merchandise, websites, and branding for small businesses.

I spent time chasing agency roles, building portfolios, and refining my eye — and through all of it, one thing became clear:

Social media is where I thrive.

Why The Social Mile

The Social Mile exists because I wanted to do this work without limits.

No watered-down ideas. No playing it safe. No supervisors standing between strategy and execution. Just a business who wants to grow with a partner, and ME, someone who wants to genuinely work side-by-side with you to execute your vision to help YOU grow!

I built this brand to help businesses grow with confidence, using real experience, real strategy, and creative direction that actually supports their goals.

I don’t just “manage” social media. I build brands, guide direction, and help businesses show up in a way that feels intentional, elevated, and effective.

If You’re Here…

You’re likely a business owner who:

  • Knows their brand has more potential

  • Wants content that reflects their value

  • Is ready to stop guessing and start growing

  • Doesn’t want to be under a high end marketing agency

  • Wants ONE person to care just as much as you do

If that’s you, I know I’m the right fit — because I’ve done this at every level.

Let’s take your brand the extra mile.
